First Course ~ Cullen Skink.
Second Course ~ Tatties and neeps, Haggis roll with gravy.
Third Course ~ Prime rib with asparagus and rainbow carrots.
Fourth Course ~ Pear and brie tart, dark chocolate fudge square, fruit and cheese dessert.
