• Distinguish the differences between the welcoming committee and the sunshine committee

Burns Supper Committee: 

• Main course

  • Mushroom Wellington

• Shot glasses are being donated
• Decanters on table for shots
• Have mini bar
• Sandy Pike will do programs
• Charlie Sherwood will do address to the haggis
• Waxie-Dargel will be the performers for the evening
  • $400 + dinner

Tulsa Pipes and Drums Pub Crawl

• Starts at 5:30pm on March 17
• Saint patrick’s day is on a friday
• There are four location
• Could divide them up to attend

• Scot needs Scottish flag, poles and a stand

St. Andrew’s Day

• Dual event with the Irish Club
  • Bishop, tug of war, whiskey tasting, friendly competition ideas between the clubs
• Event will be Thursday November 30th, 9pm at J Farley’s
